Every Secure Express ryde is delivered by an employed, trained, and vetted driver — not a third-party contractor. Accountability is enforced through direct employment, strict operating procedures, and continuous oversight.

Driver Standards
All Secure Drivers undergo:

  • Full vetting and background checks
  • Bi-annual assessments

Mandatory pre-employment training, including:

  • Hijack prevention
  • Defensive streetwise driving
  • Customer service excellence
  • First aid level 3

Driver working hours are strictly limited per shift to prevent fatigue and maintain alertness at all times.

Vehicle & Ryde Control
All vehicles are:

  • Company-owned and branded
  • Live-tracked per ryde
    Monitored and supported by a Global Security Operations Centre
    Every route, driver, and ryde is logged — without exception.
